I am not at all satisfied and I have already mailed regarding this. The team has said that they will refund my money once the delivery partner comes and take back the product. But I am still waiting and there is no update from the team regarding this. Request you to please share an update
"Radhe came to my home and gave me an amazing demo of the hair topper I required. He was extremely good, using very decent language and giving me ample time. The demo was beyond words, and I would give Radhe five stars for it. However, I found the product's price to be a bit high, and unfortunately, I couldn't make the purchase. Nevertheless, the demonstration was absolutely mind-blowing!"
This company. https://www.hairoriginals.com advertised high-quality human hair—which, of course, means a more expensive product—in their promotional pictures. However, what they delivered was completely different. When we requested photos before shipment, the hair looked terrible. As professionals, we immediately recognized the issue and requested a refund, but they refused.
Our advice: never send money upfront or do business with them.
When we confronted them, they promised to send a video to prove the quality. It took them two days to respond, and in the video, the hair looked significantly better. However, as professionals, we strongly suspect they manipulated it to enhance its appearance artificially.
Unfortunately, we had no choice but to accept the order. Our mistake was providing this hair to a customer who urgently needed it for an event without thoroughly inspecting it first. Later, when we cleaned a portion of the hair as usual, we noticed clear signs of poor quality. During washing, foam formed—indicating that the hair had been chemically treated to appear softer. After drying, it became frizzy, suggesting improper dyeing had caused damage. This confirmed that the hair was heavily processed and not truly high-quality.
Soon after, our customer called us in distress. Another hair professional examined the extensions and confirmed they were in poor condition, with signs of low-quality treatment—exactly what we had experienced. Since our reputation was at stake, we took immediate action. To maintain our credibility, we quickly offered the customer a replacement with better-quality hair and provided a carefully worded apology to protect our brand’s image.
The worst part? The supplier had the audacity to question us—professional hair extension specialists—asking if we had used the "right" shampoo and hair mask, as if the issue was our fault. It was a blatant attempt to shift blame onto experts. This also explains why they usually insist on orders of at least 1kg—we were fortunate not to fall into their trap and place a bulk order.
Even more ridiculous? They didn’t even offer a replacement. A refund? Forget it. I considered asking them, but my partner advised against it—waste of time. They would only send the same poor-quality hair again because, quite frankly, they don’t even know how to properly treat real human hair.
As professionals, we strongly advise against doing business with them.
